Thursday, 19 April

• Arrival at Landvetter 20.10 - Bus to our school.
• Approx. 21.00 simple gathering in our Cafeteria (fruit and juice)
• Home to the host families and teachers to their hotel.

Friday, 20 April

• 08.30 Gathering in our Gradäng room (don’t be late).
• Official welcome and general information.
• 09.00-10.00 Guided tour by our students, in working groups, of the school.
• 10.00-11.30 Working groups get down to work in designated rooms.
• 11.30-12.30 Lunch in our cafeteria.
• 12.49 The Icelandic team leaves by train with Kjell and Roger to visit a recycling station at Renova between 13.15-14-15 (don’t be late).
• 15.00 Gathering in the Gradäng room.
• 19.00 Common dinner for everyone in Gothenburg at La Gondola on the main avenue in the heart of beautiful downtown Gothenburg.

Saturday, 21 April

• 9.50 Gathering at Gustav Adolf’s Square (don’t be late).
• 10.00-12.00 Guided bus tour of Gothenburg.
• 12.00-16.00 Free time in town.
  
• 16.00 We meet outside the main entrance to Liseberg.

Sunday, April 22

• 09.30 Gathering in the Gradäng room (don’t be late).
• 10.00-16.00 The groups work together with their themes.
• We have to arrange lunch on our own.
• 16.00 Gathering in the Gradäng room.
• Free evening.

Monday, April 23

• 8.30 Gathering in the Gradäng room.
• 09.00-15.00 Groups work with their themes.
• 11.30 Lunch in our Cafeteria.
• 15.00 Gathering in the Gradäng room.
• 18.00 We all meet outside the Play house at Nääs Castle for a picnic and baseball.

Tuesday, April 24

• 08.30 Gathering in the Gradäng room
• 09.00-15.00 Presentations in English of all the theme group. The order will be lotted out on Monday.
• 11.30 Lunch in our cafeteria.
• 15.00 Gathering in the Gradäng room, information about the following day.
• Free evening for the students
• 17.30 Teachers meet at the New Opera for dinner.

Wednesday, April 25

• 08.30 Gathering by the flagpoles in front of the school (bring a bag lunch and don’t be late).
• 08.45 Bus trip to Ragnhildsholmen on the Lower River (Nedre Älv) and Bohus Castle.
• 10.00 Guided tour of the castle (about 50 minutes).
• 11.00 We continue to Rönnäng via Stenungsund and the magnificent Tjörn Bridges.
• 12-12.30 A boat trip from Rönnäng to Marstrand. ( approx. 1 hour).
• 14.00 Lunch at a restaurant (Drott), on Marstrand.
• 15.00-17.00 free time on the island but don’t miss the bus.
• 17.00 Bus trip back to the school.
• 18.00 Back at school.
• The evening isn't planned yet

Thursday, April 26

• The morning is free time for everyone until ..
• 11.30 Lunch at school
• 13.00 The Icelanders may/should see our Cabaré in our theatre.
• 14.20 The bus leaves for the airport.
• 15.55 The plane leaves Sweden for Iceland.
